Rainbow Trout Meuniere

One of our specials for the month of October, Rainbow Trout Meuniere, is a fall favorite here at the Roadhouse. Our delicate Rainbow Trout comes from Eagle Creek in Michigan, whose commitment to sustainability and purity with their trout is unmatched by any other farm. Their fresh tasting flaky trout perfectly pairs with those rich, toasty hazelnut notes from the browned Vermont Creamery Cultured Butter, while briny capers and bright lemon lift the finish of every bite.

Pimento Cheese & bacon Burger

As Zingerman’s co-founder, Ari Weinzweig, says: “The Roadhouse raises the bar on the quality of the ingredients used, turning them into really terrific and still authentic versions of their original selves.” That’s what we like to think we’ve done here by melting our housemade creamy pimento cheese over the top of our pasture-raised, dry-aged beef burger, along with our favorite bacon from Nueske’s Applewood Smoked Meats.

Sausage & Sweet Potato Hash for Brunch

Our chefs are making your weekend even better with this brunch special for October! Make sure to come by on Saturday or Sunday from 9am-2pm for Broadbent sausage, sweet potatoes, red peppers, onions, and celery in a creamy hash, topped with poached eggs!

Celebrating a special occasion with us? The Roadhouse can order a cake for you from Zingerman’s Bakehouse with 48 hours notice! Just give us a call at 734.663.3663. If you plan on bringing your own dessert, we do charge a dessert fee of $5.00 per person. For private parties, contact our Events Team.
